Every day of the year someone from THT Direct is here to give you information and offer support. When we are closed you can access recorded information, or email us for help, at any time.

Bringing THT to you - wherever you are.

THT Direct is here to give you support, advice and information when you need it and in a way that suits you.

Our advisers can provide emotional support if you are worried about your sexual health or have concerns about living with HIV. We can help you access services local to you across the UK, whether provided by us or by someone else.

We can also help you if you’ve got concerns about:

  • HIV testing, STI screening and accessing PEP
  • benefits or housing
  • problems at work or discrimination in any part of your life
  • immigration
  • prosecutions for transmission of HIV
  • reproduction, puberty and contraception.

Focusing on your needs

The important thing to remember is that we focus on your needs.

THT Direct is a service where you can explore what matters to you and reach your own decisions. We’re not here to tell you what to do, but will give you support and discuss options so you can make an informed choice.

We're credited with a General Help quality mark by the Community Legal Service.
