You can get in touch with THT Direct at any time by sending us email.
What happens when I email?
When you send us an email we will try to respond to it within two working days. If you have a question which might be urgent – maybe you think you've put yourself at risk of pregnancy or an STI, or you've got an urgent housing or immigration problem, then phone us straight away.
In some cases, sending an email might be more appropriate than calling the helpline, such as if you are a student researching a project. It could be that you might prefer not to have to call the helpline – perhaps because you don’t want to be overheard, or you are embarrassed to talk about sex. Or you could email us and give us a telephone number so that we can call you. Whatever your reason, email gives you another way to access THT Direct.
Think about whether anyone else will access your email – do you want our response to go to your work email address or is there an alternative you could us? You could start a web-based email account, if you're worried about other people seeing your emails – or you could contact us Anonymously.
You can either mail to us here: info@tht.org.uk or fill in our Enquiry form.
