If you'd like to ask a question and stay anonymous you can do that here. You won't get an email, letter or phone call. We don't even have to know your name. Just ask your question, get a code, and come back with it later to pick up your answer. We aim to answer all questions within 3 days. The code means that only you can see the answer and you can pick it up when it suits you.
You might have seen that we don't ask your name or your email address - that's because this service is anonymous but it might help us to know your nearest town so that we can put you in touch with services near you. We promise not to share your information with anyone or tell them what you've asked. Because we don't know your name we couldn't anyway.
